Hot and Cold Steam Pressure Cleaning

Using hot water steam pressure CHR can transform all types of surfaces, e.g. paving, building facades, paintwork, concrete, shopping malls, driveways, Factory floors and dockyards.

The cleaning method, type of machinery and fluids used are based on the manufacturers cleaning recommendations. In most cases we are able to remove the most stubborn stains, inclusive of chewing gum, oil, grease, algae and paint. Badly stained areas are pre-treated prior to cleaning.

CHR operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All work is carried out in conjunction with the client as to cause minimum disruption to their operational / business requirements.

CHR cleaning operatives are fully trained in both the uses of the equipment and Customer Care.

A risk assessment will be carried out at each site as part of our standard operational procedures and all sites are post work inspected as part of our service.

A copy of our Health and Safety documentation, site risk assessment form, employees and public liability insurance certificates will be made available to you.
